Credits are used when audio is generated, based on how much text is voiced. Your balance and history are always in Settings → Credits.

AI audiobook pricing questions

Billing, credits and refunds, answered.

How do credits work?

Generating audio uses credits, based on how much text is voiced: roughly 8.3 credits per minute of finished audio with the standard voices, and up to 31 with premium voices. Your balance and history are always in Settings → Credits.

Do unused credits roll over?

Plan credits last 31 days from the day they're added, so plan to use them within that window.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and doesn't renew after that.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay once a year, and all twelve months of credits are added to your balance up front. That's at least 20% less than paying monthly. It renews yearly until you cancel.

What if I run out of credits?

Buy a top-up pack from this page at any time. Top-up credits work with any plan, and you don't need a subscription to buy them.

Can I use the audio commercially?

Yes. Audio you generate on a paid plan is yours to use, including commercially, as long as you hold the rights to the text. Each store has its own rules for AI-narrated audio, so check them before you upload.

Can I get a refund?

Within 7 days of a charge you get a full refund if you haven't used any credits from it, and on your first purchase we refund the unused part. Credits already spent on generated audio aren't refundable. Email support@fullcastbook.com with your order number; refunded credits are removed from your balance.
